Happy Birthday, Jay! I hope all is well with you all. I heard an interesting story on NPR this morning about how right whales are dying and how lobster pot lines are involved in many of their deaths, since many of them become entangled in the lines. Their is a sonic technology to eliminate the lines, and one can check the traps using the technology. The story was brief, so it did not go into how you would retrieve the traps. It did say that the technology would be rather expensive for most lobstermen. Anyway, have fun today!
